i have a blue light flashing when powering via usb, is this normal?

i should add i also have a red light by the headphone port? i dont see those lights on Floyd Steinbergs video; I am on firmware 1.0

so the blue light flashing is the ESP32 chip indicating no battery attached; the continuous red light is the PCM5102 dac power on status

@navs Right, the ESP32-S3 Supermini comes with battery charging circuitry we don’t use which includes the blue status LED. Unfortunately, the blue LED can’t be disabled via code, and has to be desoldered to be disabled.
