Here is the schematic for the v1.1 PCB – note that we rely on pre-existing modules for the DAC, ADC, SD, OLED, power boost regulator, AMP, and more. In our experience it’s often more cost-effective to use pre-made modules that are manufactured in bulk than to replicate those circuits and components on a custom PCB.

Enclosure
Here are the .stl files for the enclosure including the top, bottom, neopixel diffuser, pot collar and OLED bezel.
The V1 enclosure has an outside wall thickness of 1.6mm. While this worked well for us locally, the enclosure has been known to warp in the mail. This .zip includes both a print-in-place (PIP) version where the battery cover is printed together with the bottom, as well as separate .stl files for bottom and battery cover.
