MIDI over USB C Port?

This version brings two important updates:

1) Synth voices. Each voice now has the ability to play a synth instead of a sample. Synth voices are monophonic and up to 4 voices per pattern can be set to play a synth.
2) Per-voice arpeggiator settings. While root and scale settings remain global, each voice now gets its own settings for arp type, rate and length, allowing for more complex patterns.

The update also includes a fix for an issue where mic recordings would start with noise on some hardware.

I always seem to get noise recorded or overloaded at start of a microphone record. I can't see to get a clean recording. Am I doing something wrong?

New Features
- Added setting to disable battery check. Mostly for my own benefit, but I built a unit recently where the voltage was reported incorrectly when using USB power. A low battery warning disables saves on the SD card to prevent data loss or corruption, but in this case the warning triggered even when plugged into USB. I'd recommend leaving the battery check enabled except for edge cases like this.

Bug Fixes
- When switching patterns, the final 16th of the old pattern could be silent. This has been bugging me, but I couldn't pinpoint the issue until I recorded a pattern changeover to PC and noticed the silent final 16th. It didn;t happen consistently, but when it did there was a clear discontinuity when the pattern changed.
- MIDI note durations were too short - now 90% of a 16th. While everything worked fine in testing when connected to PC, I noticed that MIDI notes would not trigger on the M-VAVE FM-1 I was driving. Turns out the note-on events were being sent with a note-off almost immediately after. This behavior has been updated so that note-off events are sent 90% of the duration of a 16th note after the note-on. This fixed silent note triggers on the FM-1.
- Muting a voice did not mute its MIDI note output. This one is self-explanatory.
- VELO TO CUTOFF was calculated incorrectly - even 100% velocity would cause the filter to close. I had noticed this odd behavior, but needed to take care of more urgent issues first. It turns out, voice volume was incorrectly being added to the velocity calculation when it should have been independent.

AcidBoxMynah V1.2

This update fixes an issue with how drum kits are loaded. You may already have noticed that most of the supplied kits have silent sample slots, especially towards the end. The legacy AcidBox file system loads sample files in the order they appear, and the number prefixes were purely meant to order samples in the correct order in the folder.

We've added a new kit format alongside the original (to keep compatibility with the jukebox mode and older kits) where the the number prefixes 01_ to 16_ serve expressly to load a sample into a specific sample slot.

We suggest a .wav format of 16bit, 44.1kHz mono. Other types may work, but have not been rigorously tested.

We've added a new kit 3 in the correct format as an example. New instruments will have kit 3 pre-loaded, but download it here if it's not present for you. Unzip and place the folder named 3 in the Kits folder alongside the other kits on the SD inside ACIDBOX/KITS/

AcidBoxMynah V1.1

This update adds MIDI clock and pattern sync capabilities to allow either the AcidBoxMynah or the original version Mynah to sync to the other.

There's also an new Sweep part (press F7 once to enter) with some preset sweep effects that may prove useful when recording or performing. This part can't be sequenced, put it can be triggered from step buttons A1-B8 or via MIDI.

This update contains a small delay on startup to make sure the power-rail has stabilized. It aims to prevent some weird behavior where the device will only start up when connected to USB power, but after that will run fine on batteries.

There are also a few small but important changes for improved MIDI clock sync:

Bugfix: MIDI clock master Mynah can lag behind slave on start/stop
Bugfix: MIDI sync is lost when the bpm of the master is adjusted
